Details

Our safaris allow you to not only view incredible animals but also engage with the Masai people, who reside inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. See how they live, dine with them, and dance with them to really understand Kenyan culture.

Your driver-guide will meet you at your accommodation to begin your safari, with a scenic drive down the Great Rift Valley and on to Masai Mara, Kenya's famed game reserve. You will travel in your own private 4x4 Landcruiser safari vehicle or 4x4 safari van.

You will stop momentarily on your way to experience the breathtaking views of the world's biggest valley, which is supposed to be visible from space. Arrive at your Masai Mara tent in time for lunch. Your afternoon game drive begins at 3:30 p.m., enabling you to observe the reserve's incredible wildlife, which includes big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as rhinos, elephants, and wildebeests. The driver-guide will do his utmost to show you not only the ''Big Five'' but also the ''Big Nine'' creatures. Get back to your tented camp. Mara Sarova Game Camp provides dinner and overnight accommodations.

You will go on two game drives today, one in the morning before breakfast from 6:15 a.m. to 9 a.m., and the second in the late afternoon after lunch from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The ideal times to see animals at their most active are early mornings and late afternoons.

Because your safari is private, your game drive schedule is flexible and handy, whether you are traveling with children or on a honeymoon and wish to sleep in on certain days. A full-day game drive (one for the whole day) with a packed picnic lunch is also available at no additional cost. Return to the camp in the evening for supper and spend the night. Dinner and stay at Mara Sarova Game Camp or a comparable establishment.

Today you must wake up early for your 6:15 a.m. safari game drive, during which you will witness even more of the Mara's incredible animals. Arrive at the camp late in the morning for check-in, followed by a delicious meal. Your afternoon game drive begins at 3:30 p.m., enabling you to explore the park's most remote areas.

You'll be back at your camp by 5 p.m., just in time for tea or coffee. Dinner and stay at Mara Sarova Game Camp or a comparable establishment.

You may opt to go to the reserve in the morning or rest in your lodge and go on a Masai cultural tour in the evening. Evening Cultural Tour: Later in the evening, you will take a trip to meet the local Masai people in their Manyatta houses, where you will be astounded by their cattle-keeping standards of life. Learn about various activities, such as milking and milk preservation techniques, and end your trip with a fantastic cultural performance of dance and theater. You will then return to your resort in time for supper and an evening of relaxation.

You embark on your last game drive in Masai Mara at sunrise, followed by a leisurely breakfast. Check out by 10 a.m. for a road transport back to Nairobi. One-way flights back to Nairobi are available for an extra fee. Arrive in Nairobi early in the afternoon. Drop off at your hotel or take advantage of the free onward journey to the airport for your trip home. If you choose to take the road transport back to Nairobi, you can enjoy the scenic views along the way and make any necessary stops for rest or refreshments. Alternatively, if you opt for the one-way flight, you can save time and have more flexibility in planning your departure from Nairobi.
